Toro Rosso has a long winter of hard work ahead if it is to improve on its ninth place in the constructors' standings, reckons team boss Franz Tost. Sebastien Buemi and Jaime Alguersuari had just eight points finishes between them in 2010, and Tost says the team needs to make improvements if the pair are to be more competitive in 2011.
